Job summary

Galaxy Digital Inc. in Hong Kong seeks an experienced Algo Trading / SOR Developer to lead greenfield development of low-latency trading systems. You will design routing logic, collaborate with traders, and implement high-throughput solutions essential to our crypto markets and enterprise infrastructure.

The role offers exposure to AI adoption, data-driven optimization, and cross-functional collaboration with global teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Experience designing/implementing routing strategies for markets (FX/crypto).
Proficient in low-latency, high-throughput systems.
Strong background in trading systems architecture and market data feeds.

Responsibilities

Design and development of a low-latency, high-throughput EMS/Smart Order Router system.
Implement intelligent routing algorithms based on execution quality, liquidity, latency, and cost.
Collaborate with traders and product managers to refine routing logic and build new algorithmic capabilities.
Monitor and optimize system performance under real-world trading conditions.
Contribute to system resilience and business continuity.
Provide support for production trading issues.
Embrace AI to improve team performance and outcomes.
Leverage AI tools to improve productivity and decision-making.
