Qualifications

• 8+ years of C++ development experience.
• Strong knowledge of modern C++ features.
• Experience building low-latency trading systems.
• Proven Linux/Unix system programming experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop high-performance, low-latency C++ trading systems for direct market access.
• Take ownership of end-to-end delivery across multiple initiatives.
• Review and enhance system architecture to improve performance and reduce technical debt.
• Collaborate closely with front office stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Conduct performance tuning and optimisation across critical trading workflows.
• Lead code reviews and contribute to architectural decision-making.
• Support testing, release, and production stability of trading systems.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership within the team.
