Morgan Stanley Asia Limited is seeking a Vice President, Product Development Manager to lead the international fund vehicle development and regulatory filings. The role covers product lifecycle from planning through to launch across Asia and Europe, with collaboration across distribution and investment teams.

Formación

• Knowledge of product development for Asian and European public funds and UCITs structures.
• Experience in asset management or finance, ideally product but could be Finance/Legal/Operations.
• Strong balance of quantitative, qualitative and commercial skills.
• Broad understanding of the asset management industry and its operating functions.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese (verbal and written).

Responsabilidades

• Support development of International fund vehicles and sub-funds from planning to launch.
• Serve as regional SME for product-related queries from Asia-based teams.
• Coordinate filings with local counsel and regulators for UCITs funds across HK, Taiwan, Korea, Singapore.
• Maintain fund registrations across Hong Kong, Taiwan, South Korea, Singapore and future Asian jurisdictions.
• Govern new product initiatives and material changes to existing products with China fund managers.
• Lead and manage new fund launches with sound business cases and stakeholder collaboration.
• Produce reporting for Management Company and Fund Boards and engage with senior management.
