Job summary

Michael Page (Hong Kong) seeks a VP to lead Identity & Access Management, Privileged Access Management, and Database Management. You will shape strategy, governance, and roadmaps across the bank, overseeing access control, user lifecycles, and security operations while partnering with senior stakeholders to align with business goals.

The role requires a strong background in IAM, PAM, AD/M365 security, and RBAC, with 10+ years in financial services and 5+ years in management.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in Computer Science, IT, Information Security, or related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years in IAM, PAM, Information Security, or Database Management in financial services.
• Minimum 5 years of management experience leading managers and professionals.
• Strong expertise in IAM, PAM, AD/M365 security, DB governance, RBAC, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, governance, and roadmap for IAM, PAM, and Database Management across the Bank.
• Oversee access control, user lifecycle, database governance, and security operations for policy compliance.
• Drive enterprise IAM and security transformation initiatives including automation.
• Partner with senior stakeholders across Technology, Info Security, Risk, Compliance, Audit, and Lines of Business.
• Provide leadership and direction to managers, ensuring delivery, talent development, and resource planning.
• Act as senior escalation point for identity, access, database, and security matters including audits.
• Manage budgets, vendor relationships, and strategic tech investments while improving security posture.
