Job summary

Goldman Sachs in Hong Kong seeks a Senior Associate / Vice President C++ Developer for its Electronic Market Making Engineering team. You will design, develop, and support low-latency trading systems powering automated market-making across global electronic markets.

Work closely with traders, quantitative strategists and engineers to deliver scalable, resilient pricing, execution and risk management platforms on a fast-paced trading floor.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in CS/engineering or quantitative field.
• Strong C++11/14/17/20 experience with low-latency design.
• Experience with multi-threaded, high-throughput systems in production.
• Familiarity with Linux, networking, and performance profiling.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance C++ applications for electronic market making.
• Build low-latency trading infrastructure including data handlers and gateways.
• Optimize performance via profiling, latency analysis, and code reviews.
• Collaborate with traders, strategists, and engineers on new functionality.
• Develop monitoring tools for system health and risk controls.
• Support architecture, testing, and production stability of trading systems.
