We seek a senior governance professional to oversee board and secretarial functions, ensuring timely regulatory communications and robust governance practices.

The role requires strategic advisory capabilities, strong integrity, and deep collaboration with directors, regulators, and internal teams to support HKEX’s mission and listed company

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Corporate Governance, Laws, Business Administration, Finance, or related fields.
• 8+ years of experience in corporate governance or business management in a sizable, listed company.
• Ability to provide strategic advice on events and meeting coordination with end-to-end implementation.
• High level of professional integrity, good judgment, attention to detail, and ability to independently handle complex documents.
• Excellent communication and coordination with senior stakeholders, regulatory bodies, intermediaries, and internal departments.
• Excellent communication skills in English (and Putonghua).

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute board meetings and subsidiary events, including preparation and logistics.
• Ensure governance practices are consistent and reporting to regulators is timely and accurate.
• Maintain relationships with directors, regulators, intermediaries, and service providers.
• Coordinate company secretarial matters and regulatory announcements.
• Maintain statutory records and governance registers.
