Job summary

Levin Human Resources Development Limited is hiring a Vice President (Team Head) for the Management Reporting Team at our PRC Bank unit in Hong Kong. You will lead the Management Accounting team, partner with business units, IT and asset & liabilities management departments.

Responsibilities include delivering monthly reports on balance sheet, NII and NIM, reviewing budgets, KPI setting, and driving process improvements with automation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Leadership and people management experience in a bank or financial services
• Strong analytical skills for management reporting and budgeting
• Ability to manage cross-department collaboration and deliver under tight deadlines

Responsibilities

• Lead the Management Accounting team and ensure timely monthly reports
• Partner with business units, IT and ALM to deliver reports across products/customers
• Support annual budgeting, KPI setting and variance analysis against budget
• Drive process improvements and automation in reporting
