Job summary

DiYi TCM is seeking a Videographer to plan, film, and produce high-quality marketing videos for campaigns, social media, branding, and events in Hong Kong. You will collaborate with the marketing team to capture compelling content across platforms.

Ideal candidate has hands-on editing skills in Premiere, Final Cut, Davinci, and Cap Cut, a creative eye, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, delivering timely, on-brand visuals.

Qualifications

• Plan, film, and produce marketing videos for campaigns, social media, branding and events.
• Capture engaging video content for digital platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube.
• Edit videos to create on-brand content with strong storytelling and composition.
• Stay updated with videography and social media trends.
• Work independently in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Plan, film, and produce high-quality videos for marketing campaigns, social media, branding, events, and promotional activities 策划、拍摄并制作高质量视频，用于市场推广、社交媒体、品牌宣传及活动
• Capture engaging video content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other digital platforms 为 Facebook、Instagram、TikTok、YouTube 等平台拍摄吸引人的视频内容
• Edit videos to create compelling, on-brand content 进行视频剪辑，制作符合品牌风格的内容
• Produce short-form videos, reels, commercials, testimonials, educational, and behind-the-scenes content 制作短视频、Reels、广告、客户见证、教学及幕后花絮内容
• Assist during live-stream sessions by recording highlights and promotional clips 协助直播拍摄，记录精彩片段及制作推广视频
• Set up and operate cameras, lighting, microphones,gimbals, and other equipment 负责相机、灯光、麦克风、稳定器等设备的设置与操作
• Work closely with marketing team, photographers, designers, and content creators 与市场团队、摄影师、设计师及内容创作者紧密合作
• Ensure video quality including colour correction, sound balancing, subtitles, and motion graphics 确保视频质量，包括调色、音效处理、字幕及动态图形
• Organise and manage video assets and digital files 整理与管理视频素材及数码资源
• Stay updated with videography and social media trends 关注视频制作及社交媒体趋势
• Ensure timely completion of all video projects 确保所有视频项目按时完成
• Assist with studio setup, props, styling, and ad-hoc creative tasks 协助布置拍摄场景、道具及其他创意相关任务

Job Requirements 任职要求

• At least 1 year of videography and video editing experience 至少1年视频拍摄与剪辑经验
• Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Da Vinci Resolve, Cap Cut, or similar software 熟练使用 Adobe Premiere Pro、Final Cut Pro、Da Vinci Resolve、Cap Cut 等剪辑软件
• Creative with strong sense of composition, storytelling, and visual aesthetics 具备创意，对构图、叙事及视觉美感有良好理解
• Familiar with live content such as Shopee Live and LazadaLive is an advantage 熟悉 ShopeeLive、LazadaLive 等直播内容者优先
• Able to work independently and in a fast-paced environment 能独立工作并适应快节奏环境
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects 具备良好的组织能力，能同时处理多个项目
• Passion for digital content creation and social media trends 对数码内容创作及社交媒体趋势有热情
