Job summary

Rubicon Media Limited in Sheung Wan, Hong Kong, seeks a Multimedia Designer / Content Creator with a Finance & Live Production focus. You will shoot and edit social reels, manage small video crews for audio and lighting, and collaborate with our social media editor to enhance video IPs.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in video production or content creation, proficiency with Premiere Pro and CapCut, and fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English. This role is based on-site in Hong Kong.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in video production or social media content creation with a strong showreel of short-form videos.
• Proficient in using professional editing software (Premiere Pro) and mobile apps (CapCut).
• Hands-on experience shooting with cameras or smartphones and directing small production crews for sound and lighting.
• Up-to-date with current social media trends, platform algorithms, and basic scheduling tools.
• Highly organized, adaptable and able to collaborate under tight deadlines.
• Professional fluency in Cantonese, and fluent in Mandarin and English.
