Job summary

Futu Holdings Limited in Hong Kong seeks a dynamic hosting presenter to support social media and live events. You will participate in pre-production, scriptwriting, and on-site coordination, ensuring smooth broadcasts.

You will conduct financial interviews for our YouTube channel, host videos across platforms, and collaborate with brands on sponsored content while maintaining brand guidelines.

Qualifications

• Diploma or above in Broadcasting, Journalism, Communications, Performing Arts, Marketing, or related fields.
• 2–3 years hosting or on-camera experience; TV, online video, or event hosting experience preferred.
• Fluent in Cantonese; good communication in Mandarin and English.
• Strong on-camera presence with a professional image and presentation skills.
• Familiar with social media platform operations and short-form video trends.
• Possess basic scriptwriting and content planning abilities; able to complete simple scripts and storyboards.
• Able to work flexible hours, including weekend or evening shooting and event schedules.
• Strong interview resources and network in investment industry would be a plus.
• Experience in finance, investment, or educational programmes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in pre-production planning, scriptwriting, and shot design with directors and production teams.
• Adapt to improvisational situations during recording to ensure smooth programme flow and compliance with broadcast standards.
• Conduct financial interviews with guests on YouTube Channel.
• Host videos for YouTube, Instagram Reels, and other platforms, filming brand promotions and educational content.
• Participate in online advertising material production, including brand videos and social media ads.
• Contribute to creative content ideation, ensuring video style aligns with brand tone and maintains audience appeal.
• Collaborate with brands and other creators, integrate sponsorships authentically, and ensure content aligns with channel positioning and brand guidelines.
• Host various offline events, including investment seminars, conferences, product launches, media gatherings, and CSR initiatives.
• Represent the brand at PR events, conducting media interviews and facilitating on-site engagement.
• Assist in event flow design, speech script preparation, and on-site coordination.
• Take part in content ideation to align with channel positioning.

• Conduct financial interviews with guests in Youtube Channel.
• Host videos for YouTube, Instagram Reels, and other platforms, filming brand promotions, product introductions, and educational content.
• Participate in online advertising material production, including brand videos, and social media advertisements.
• Contribute to creative content ideation, ensuring video style aligns with brand tone and maintains audience appeal.
• Collaborate with brands and other creators, integrate sponsorships authentically, and ensure all content aligns with the channel’s positioning and brand guidelines.

Event & PR Hosting Support

• Host various offline events, including investment seminars, conferences, product launches, media gatherings, and CSR initiatives.
• Represent the brand at public relations events, conducting media interviews, welcoming guests, and facilitating on-site engagement.
• Assist in event flow design, speech script preparation, and on-site coordination to ensure professional and seamless event execution.

Requirements

• Diploma or above in Broadcasting, Journalism, Communications, Performing Arts, Marketing, or related fields (preferred).
• 2–3 years of hosting or on-camera experience; candidates with television programme, online video, or event hosting experience are preferred.
• Fluent in Cantonese; good communication skills in Mandarin and English.
• Strong on-camera presence with a professional image, excellent presentation skills, and quick improvisational responses.
• Familiar with social media platform operations (YouTube, Instagram, etc.) and aware of short-form video content trends.
• Possess basic scriptwriting and content planning abilities; capable of independently completing simple scripts and storyboard designs.
• Able to work flexible hours, including weekend or evening shooting and event schedules.
• Strong interview resources and network within investment industry would be a plus.
