Job summary

The Bank of East Asia, Limited in Hong Kong is seeking an investments associate to support the structured products business across the product lifecycle, from development to regulatory approval, execution and post-trade monitoring.

You will prepare offering documents, provide pricing quotations, monitor performance and assist with quantitative analysis for Linked Deposits & Quantitative Analysis Section; a bachelor degree and HKSI exams are required, with 2+ years in banking or related areas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, or a related discipline.
• HKSI Licensing Examination Papers 1, 7 and 8 or equivalent qualifications.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in banking, securities, treasury, derivatives, structured products, or related financial services areas.
• Mature, professional, and presentable with excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-centric mindset.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
• Knowledge of VBA, Python, or other quantitative analysis/programming tools is advantageous.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; Putonghua is a plus.

• Prepare and maintain offering documents for structured products, including brochures, term sheets, and marketing materials.
• Provide timely and accurate pricing quotations and execution support for structured products transactions.
• Monitor the performance of outstanding structured products, oversee daily operational processes, and prepare reports as required.
• Provide operational and quantitative analytical support to the Linked Deposits & Quantitative Analysis Section and undertake ad hoc assignments.

• Prepare and maintain offering documents for structured products, including product brochures, term sheets, marketing materials, and related documentation
• Provide timely and accurate pricing quotations and execution support for structured products transactions.
• Monitor the performance of outstanding structured products, oversee daily operational processes, and prepare management and regulatory reports as required
• Provide operational and quantitative analytical support to the Linked Deposits & Quantitative Analysis Section and undertake ad hoc assignments as required

Requirements
