ARC Group in Hong Kong is seeking an experienced Vice President - M&A Execution to join our Investment Banking team. This hands-on role drives day-to-day cross-border mid-market M&A execution and coordinates junior deal teams while delivering high-quality deal materials.

You will excel at independently driving transaction processes, maintaining momentum through signing and closing, and managing multiple live mandates across sectors with clients, counterparties and advisers.

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of relevant investment banking or M&A advisory experience.
  • Proven experience executing cross-border M&A transactions across the full transaction lifecycle.
  • Strong hands-on financial modelling, valuation and transaction analysis skills.
  • Experience working directly with clients, counterparties and external advisers.
  • Ability to coordinate junior deal team members and manage multiple live transactions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong commercial judgment, communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent English and Mandarin required. English is the primary working language.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced Vice President - M&A Execution to join our Investment Banking team in Hong Kong.

This is a hands-on role responsible for driving the day-to-day execution of cross-border mid-market M&A transactions. You will work directly with clients, counterparties and advisers while coordinating and reviewing the work of junior deal team members.

You will excel in this role if you can independently drive transaction processes, maintain execution quality and momentum, and manage multiple live mandates across different sectors.

Key responsibilities:
  • Lead the day-to-day execution of cross-border M&A mandates.
  • Manage transaction timelines, due diligence, key deliverables and execution priorities through signing and closing.
  • Work directly with clients, counterparties and external advisers throughout the transaction process.
