Job summary

tms is seeking a Manager, Business Solutions in Hong Kong to lead the STEP UP vendor management program and drive digitalization across the supply chain. You will manage scorecards, vendor reviews, and the evolution of the framework while partnering with Black Lake to connect shopfloor data into real-time visibility.

You will also lead cross-functional digital initiatives, improve data-driven processes, and collaborate with internal teams to unlock efficiency and financial benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in project management, process improvement, and data analytics.
• High proficiency in MS Office apps including Excel, PowerPoint and Visio.
• Fluent in English; Mandarin and Cantonese helpful for regional exposure.
