Job summary

Leadingnation is seeking an experienced Property Consultant in Hong Kong to act as an independent advisor for vendors and buyers, delivering unbiased market insights and strategic guidance throughout transactions.

You will provide property valuations, craft marketing strategies, and support clients at every step while leading a small team to grow the business. Fluency in English and Chinese is essential.

Qualifications

• Member of HKIS and/or RICS, but not required.
• Valid Estate Agent's Licence (Individual).
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in property valuation or real estate agency.
• Familiar with HK property market and practices.
• High integrity, strong analytical mindset, interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written/spoken English and Chinese.
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications.

Responsibilities

Our new department, “Property Consultancy Department” is dedicated to acting as an independent, third-party advisor for clients—especially those unfamiliar with the Hong Kong property market. Moving beyond traditional agency models to eliminate conflicts of interest, our goal is to provide unbiased, expert guidance and protect our clients' best interests throughout their sales/purchase journey.

Job Description :

• Act as a trusted, independent third-party advisor (“盲公竹”) for vendors and purchasers to deliver objective market insights without agency bias.
• Provide professional property valuation and strategic consultancy services.
• Advice potential vendors and purchasers through every step of the property transaction process.
• Design, formulate and implement the marketing strategies for property consultancy services
• Lead and manage the team member and can create business income.

Requirements:

• Member of HKIS and/or RICS, but not a must.
• Valid Estate Agent's Licence (Individual).
• Minimum 3 years’ working experience in property valuation and/or real estate agency services.
• Familiar with the Hong Kong property market and transaction practices.
• High level of integrity, strong analytical mindset and exceptional interpersonal skills.
