Responsibilities

• Design and build ultra-low latency, high-performance systems that support real-time decision-making in mission-critical environments.
• Tackle complex technical challenges by developing efficient, scalable, and maintainable solutions using modern C++.
• Continuously optimize system performance, focusing on latency, throughput, and reliability in distributed architectures.
• Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., traders, researchers, engineers) to translate ideas into production systems.
• Take end-to-end ownership of systems in production, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and ongoing enhancements.
• Drive engineering best practices in areas such as concurrency, multithreading, and system design for performance-critical applications.
