Job summary

CLSA in Hong Kong is seeking an experienced Relationship Manager to service UHNW clients, focusing on Entrepreneur and Family offices, delivering one-stop wealth management solutions. You will leverage a strong Mainland China network to acquire new relationships, handle account opening, KYC, and provide a broad range of investment products, including equities, fixed income, funds, and complex solutions.

Fluency in English, Mandarin and Cantonese, plus a 7+ year sales background, are required;

Qualifications

• Degree holder from top universities in Finance or related field.
• ​
• 7+ years of sales experience in wealth/asset management.
• CPA and/or FRM would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Act as Relationship Manager to maintain UHNW Entrepreneur and Family office relationships.
• Acquire new client relationships and identify business opportunities.
• Develop business for Entrepreneur Office HK clients and generate revenue through wealth solutions.
• Provide Wealth Management solutions (equities, fixed income, funds, complex investments) and conduct portfolio reviews.
• Coordinate account opening, CDD/KYC, product roadshows, and client visits across Greater China.
• Support internal and external business development activities and raise product requests.
• Promote company’s professional image and maintain high integrity and compliance.
