Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Tax, Accounting required.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in taxation, estate planning, trusts, and transactional/structuring matters.
• Strong cross-border planning experience with offshore structures.
• Knowledge of tax, trusts, foreign investment, succession and inheritance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior advisor to UHNW clients on global wealth planning.
• Lead planning objectives including intergenerational succession and estate planning.
• Identify and deliver planning solutions using trusts, foundations, companies, and private funds.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external advisors to implement solutions.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and share market trends with teams.
• Travel with Bankers to engage clients and identify opportunities.
• Align planning outcomes with client objectives and risk governance.
