Job summary

China Construction Bank (Asia) in Hong Kong is seeking a Treasury Products Analyst to review and update treasury product lists and due diligence procedures, and to support ongoing product development.

You will conduct financial analysis, cost modelling, and risk/opportunity analysis according to treasury strategies, prepare market research and relevant data analysis, and liaise with internal and external partners to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and banking standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or above in Banking/Finance/Economics or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years in financial markets or Treasury IT system development, with exemption for outstanding performance; Treasury product development experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Fintech, financial market trends, and regulatory requirements.
• Proficient IT skills including Office and trading system functions.
• Good command of English and Chinese (Mandarin).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work with diverse levels of staff.

• Help conduct financial analysis and cost modelling, potential risks and opportunities analysis according to the treasury products strategies;
• Prepare relevant market products research & relevant data analysis;
• Liaise with internal & external business partners and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Degree holder or above in Banking / Finance / Economics or related discipline;
• Minimum 3 year experience in financial markets or Treasury IT system development, with year exemption due to outstanding performance recognition, experience in Treasury product development preferred;
• Sensitive to market changes with good knowledge in Fintech, financial market trend, and regulatory requirements;
• Proficient in IT applications, including Office software and trading system functions;
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Mandarin;
• Result-oriented, energetic, and a good team player;
• Strong communication, good interpersonal skills to work with different levels of talents in the Bank;
