Job summary

The Hong Kong Jockey Club Treasury Department is seeking a data-driven professional to support treasury projects, analyze processes, and build automation solutions. You will design dashboards, automate repetitive tasks, and contribute to data management initiatives across treasury operations.

Ideal candidates hold a Finance-related degree, with 2–5 years of experience and hands-on skills in Excel, VBA, Python, and RPA tools.

Qualifications

Degree or recognised qualifications in Finance, Business Analytics, FinTech, Computer Science or related disciplines.
2-5 years' relevant working experience preferred.
Exposure to advanced Excel, VBA, Python, RPA tools, Power Automate and AI tools preferred.
Knowledge in banking, finance or treasury is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Support treasury-related projects through stakeholder communication and coordination, business analysis, requirements gathering, workflow design and project implementation.
Analyse business processes and datasets to identify opportunities for process enhancement, automation and operational efficiency within Treasury.
Assist in the design and development of treasury data management and reporting initiatives, including data visualisation and dashboard projects.
Execute and maintain automation solutions using tools such as VBA, SQL, Python, Power BI, Tableau and UiPath.
Engage in Treasury System regular updates and maintenance to ensure system stability and access to latest features.
Perform day-to-day Treasury activities accurately and diligently.
Complete ad-hoc analytical and project-based tasks as directed by supervisors.
Prepare data analytics projects for reporting in PRC subsidiaries.
