Job description

The F&A team comprises multiple functions, including Financial Control & Business Performance Management, Procurement, Digital Transformation, Tax, Treasury, and Operations. Together, the team optimizes our global finance initiatives and enjoys being detail-oriented while multitasking across various exciting projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage cash forecasting and global cash management processes, including short-term funding strategies and foreign exchange execution.
• Reconcile daily settlement bank movements.
• Communicate with banks for setup and ongoing relationships.
• Assist in designing automated systems and processes to support fiat and digital assets.
• Execute FX transactions necessary for market risk management.
• Perform liquidity forecasts and monitor liquidity continuously.
• Collaborate with product and finance teams to optimize funding strategies.
• Integrate risk and control processes into daily responsibilities to monitor and mitigate risks, escalating issues as appropriate.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in finance, accounting, business, or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of treasury experience is a plus; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Experience with Tableau and SQL (or equivalent).
• Strong Excel skills.
• Good command of English and Chinese.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, self-motivated, able to work under pressure.
• Strong work ethic and ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to identify issues and propose solutions to complex or non-standard situations.
• Familiarity with digital assets is an advantage.
