United Test And Assembly Center Limited (UTAC) is seeking an experienced Treasury professional to manage liquidity, funding, and risk across the Group. The role coordinates cash flow forecasting, intercompany funding, and capital structure optimization while maintaining banking relationships and compliance.

The successful candidate will have a degree in accounting/finance and at least 5 years' treasury experience, with strong analytical and communication skills and professional qualifications

Qualifications

• Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Banking or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Treasury, Accounting, Audit, Corporate Finance or Banking.
• Strong understanding of accounting, cash flow management, liquidity forecasting and internal controls.
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Professional qualifications such as CPA, CA, ACCA, ACT, CTP or equivalent are preferred.
• Experience in corporate treasury, accounting, audit, corporate finance, banking or financial reporting will be advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Manage the Group's liquidity position and ensure funding is available to support operations.
• Review and consolidate cash flow forecasts and monitor cash requirements across entities.
• Coordinate intercompany funding, loans and cash movements within the Group.
• Monitor cash conversion cycle and improve working capital efficiency and cash flow visibility.
• Manage surplus cash deployment and support investment activities per Group policies.
• Maintain funding sources and contingency plans to meet requirements.
