Job summary

Societe Generale in Hong Kong seeks a Trainee in pricing and structuring to support fast, accurate pricings for Sales and to maintain pricing tools. You will work with senior structurers, learn pricing models, and contribute to the digitisation of the pricing platform while building knowledge of swaps, XVA, and market dynamics.

The role requires a finance/economics/engineering background, VBA/Python skills, strong communication, and fluency in English (Mandarin preferred).

Qualifications

• Hold a relevant Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering or similar.
• Previous experience on trading floor is a plus.
• Technology friendly: VBA and Python, automation mindset.

Profile required

• Hold a relevant Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering or similar

• Proven analytical, computer and interpersonal skills as well as exceptional writing, communication and presentations skills

• Strong interest in financial markets and understanding complex products
• Fluent English and Mandarin are mandatory

This is a fixed term 24 month Trainee contract with Societe Generale. You will form part of the team on a full time basis.
