Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily operational processes related to equity prime brokerage, including trade support, settlement, and reconciliation.
• Collaborate with front office teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of client transactions.
• Analyze and resolve discrepancies in trade data and client accounts, maintaining accuracy.
• Participate in projects to improve operational efficiency and client service delivery.
• Support development and implementation of new tools and processes to enhance client experience.
• Engage with clients on ad hoc requests and onboarding workflows.
• Contribute to defining specifications and performing UAT for new information systems or booking schemes.
• Document/update procedures related to sensitive processes and controls.
• Engage with cross-functional teams to understand broader aspects of equity markets and prime brokerage services.
