Job summary

Fuku is seeking a Trading Strategy & Business Performance Lead to shape how our trading business performs across brands in Hong Kong. You will analyze trading performance, client behaviour and risk, turning insights into actionable strategies working with Dealing, Quant, Risk, Product, Data and Engineering teams.

We expect a strong analytical mindset, cross-functional leadership and fluency in English and Chinese to engage regional stakeholders.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher as listed in requirements.
Strong analytical capability with trading data.
Proven ability to turn insights into business actions.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement in English and Chinese.
Experience across Trading, Risk or Brokerage preferred.

Responsibilities

Analyze trading performance across brands, including revenue drivers and risk exposure.
Deep dive into client trading behaviour and patterns to identify opportunities.
Translate data into actionable insights for management decisions.
Partner with Dealing, Quant, Risk and Anti-Fraud teams to optimize strategies.
Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve trading effectiveness.
Identify opportunities to improve processes and decision-making.
