Tardis Group seeks a technically skilled professional to strengthen front-office trading operations in Hong Kong. You will build Python-based tools, automate daily workflows, and collaborate with traders, quants, and risk teams to improve execution controls.

Real-time monitoring and robust dashboards will be part of your daily responsibilities. The role emphasizes strong Python coding, SQL proficiency, and the ability to communicate with business stakeholders in a fast-paced trading environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field or equivalent.
• 0–5 years of experience in front-office trading, quant, tech, or automation roles.
• Strong Python skills and solid knowledge of SQL/database management.

Responsibilities

• Build, deploy, and maintain Python scripts, internal apps, and automation tools for daily front-office activities.
• Streamline trade capture, lifecycle management, and real-time monitoring across regional products.
• Design dashboards, alert systems, and data pipelines to optimize workflows and reduce manual touchpoints.
• Collaborate with traders, quants, risk, and tech teams to resolve bottlenecks and upgrade platforms.
• Ensure code quality and deployment discipline per institutional engineering standards.
