TF International Securities Group Limited in Hong Kong seeks a skilled professional to support trading desks with PnL reconciliation across cash equities, SBL, futures, cash bonds, repo/reverse repo and derivatives. You will work with traders, sales and structuring to provide accurate pricing and efficient executions.

• Degree holder in Finance or related disciplines.
• Around 5 years of related experience on a global market trading desk.

Responsabilidades

• Assist and handle frequent calculations (e.g., PnL reconciliation) across multiple instruments including cash equities, SBL, futures, cash bonds, repo/reverse repo and derivatives.
• Collaborate with traders, sales and structuring to provide solutions, pricings, products and executions efficiently.
• Develop and participate in trading strategies, positions, system optimization and risk monitoring tools.
• Coordinate with Finance, Middle Office, Technology, Operations, and Risk Management to produce reports and continuously optimize and automate procedures.
• Develop automation tools for short-term use for trading desks in Excel VBA or Python.

Assist and handle frequent calculation (such as PnL reconciliation) of different instruments including cash equities, SBL, futures, cash bond, repo/reverse repo and derivatives

Work with traders, sales and structuring to provide solutions, pricings, products (both issuance and maintenance) and executions in efficient manner

Develop and participate in trading strategies, positions, system optimization and risk monitoring tools

Work with internal teams including Finance, Middle Office, Technology, Operations, and Risk Management to provide elements for reports and constantly optimize and automate procedures.

Develop automation tool for short term usage for trading desks in Excel VBA or Python

Requirements:

Degree holder in Finance, Mathematics, Sciences, Engineering or related discipline(s)

Around 5 years of related experience at trading desk of a global market team in reputational investment bank

Good understandings of procedures and products with ability to quickly and proactively learning new things

Passionate with strong technical skills for the effort to build up tools and contribute to building systems

Strong work ethic and desire to learn and improve, ambitious is a must

Ability to think fast and critically, solve various problems arising from trading, risk and operations

Attention to details, accuracy and time management skills. Ability to multitask under pressure and collaborate to work in a team

Proficiency in written English and Chinese (including Mandarin and Cantonese)
