Job summary

Safe Investment Company Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a proactive and analytical individual to join our Trading Department through a trader training program, with the aim of developing into a qualified trader.

You will gain exposure to global markets, support daily trading activities, and contribute to data analysis, market research, and process improvements while meeting regulatory standards and working night shifts as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Business, Computer Science, or Mathematics.
• CFA Level I or above preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience preferred.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and research skills.
• Proficiency in Excel; knowledge of Bloomberg or programming (Python) is a plus.
• Good communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
• Night shifts and public holidays per global trading hours.
• Adherence to regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Support daily trading activities and trade execution.
• Assist in trade reconciliation, data analysis, and market research.
• Monitor market trends and trading performance.
• Prepare trade-related reports and support trading system operations.
• Participate in departmental projects and process improvements.
