Job summary

OAC Group Limited is seeking a proactive Trade Support Analyst to join its Middle Office team in Hong Kong. This role blends operations with system enhancements, automation and process improvements across the trade lifecycle.

The successful candidate will manage trade capture, confirmation and allocation workflows, build automated reconciliations and support settlement, collateral and onboarding activities with internal tech teams and external counterparties.

Qualifications

• 2-6 years of hands-on experience in Post-Trade / Trade Support / Middle Office operations.
• Experience on buy-side environments preferred.
• Experience with futures, options, bonds or fixed income is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Design, enhance and support trade capture, confirmation and allocation workflows across front-to-back systems.
• Build automated reconciliations of trades, positions and cash; drive root-cause fixes.
• Develop and optimize trade settlement and cash movement processes for various instruments.
• Lead onboarding of new products and counterparties including system configuration and testing.
• Identify process inefficiencies and deliver technology-driven improvements to reduce risk and manual work.
