Job summary

Ngong Ping 360 Limited is a premier tourism and leisure destination in Hong Kong, operating the Ngong Ping Cable Car and Ngong Ping Village. The role supports the Sales & Revenue Department, including 360 Holidays, with daily administrative tasks and partner liaison.

The position is full-time, based in Outlying Islands / Tung Chung, offering a 5-day work week and discretionary bonus. Proficiency in MS Office and bilingual Chinese/English are preferred, with Mandarin as a plus.

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma or above in Business Administration
• 1 year’s relevant sales support or clerical experience preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English; Mandarin would be an advantage
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure

Responsibilities

• Provide daily administrative and clerical support to the Sales & Revenue Department and 360 Holidays
• Support familiarization visits and shooting arrangement for travel trade partners and KOLs
• Maintain proper filing systems and records
• Carry out general office administration functions including receptionist duties as part of the Corporate Services team
• Perform ad hoc projects or duties as assigned
