Job summary

Bradbury School is seeking a Temporary Maternity Cover Mainscale Teacher for a full-time role from 4 January 2027 to 25 June 2027. The teacher will plan, prepare and deliver programmes to meet diverse student needs, aligning with the ESF/IB framework and delivering engaging lessons across classes.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Education (or a degree with PGCE) and relevant teaching experience in a recognised educational organisation. Rolling applications encouraged.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education or equivalent teaching qualification.
• Bachelor's degree with PGCE or equivalent teaching credential.
• Relevant teaching experience within a recognised educational organisation.

Responsibilities

• Planning lessons and sequences of lessons to meet students’ learning needs and progression.
• Using a range of strategies for teaching, learning and classroom management.
• Deliver lessons in line with IB/ESF philosophy and maintain a stimulating learning environment.
• Provide clear feedback to students and parents about progress and outcomes.
• Collaborate with staff to support school priorities and student welfare.
