Job summary
Lane Crawford is a renowned luxury department store seeking a Merchandise Executive to support merchandise selection and order placement for innovative programs, influencer collaborations, and exclusive pop-up collections. You will partner with Buyers, initiative owners, and brand partners to bring projects to life.
You will analyse sales trends, coordinate orders and shipments, and ensure timely data updates while collaborating with store teams and cross-functional colleagues.
Qualifications
- Higher Diploma or above in Textile / Fashion Design, Logistics and Supply Chain or other related discipline.
- Experience in customer service, liaising with multiple vendors, administrative support in shipping / logistics, retail and / or wholesale merchandising
- Numbers driven with Excel skills including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables
Responsibilities
- Analyse product sales trends and feedback to Buyers on future seasonal buys
- Coordinate purchase orders / proforma invoices, shipments and samples with vendors
- Track purchase order data in the system and coordinate with store team on shipments and price updates
- Support training materials with trend/product insights
- Collaborate with Marketing to support campaigns
