Kimpton Tsim Sha Tsui Hong Kong is seeking a Technician – Painter to support painting, carpentry and wallpaper tasks for hotel openings and ongoing maintenance.

You will inspect finishes, perform routine repairs, maintain plant rooms, and report to the Engineering Supervisor to help ensure high guest satisfaction and operational excellence at our Hong Kong property.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in painting, carpentry, furniture repair or wallpaper work.
• Education level of F.3 or equivalent.
• Holder of Construction Industry Safety Training Certificate (Green Card).
• Hotel opening experience is preferable.
• Good communication skills and practical know-how.

Responsabilités

• Handle new hotel projects, including inspection and acceptance of finishes.
• Perform daily hotel repairs and preventive maintenance tasks.
• Housekeeping for all plant rooms and equipment spaces.
• Report to the Engineering Supervisor.

A little taste of your day-to-day 您的日常工作簡要

Every Day Is Different, But You’ll Mostly Be

每一天都是不同的一天，但大致工作内容如下：

• Handling new hotel projects, including checking and inspecting wall and ceiling finishings 處理新酒店項目,包括驗收油漆(大油及細油)及牆紙工作
• Carrying out hotel daily repairing work and preventive maintenance work 執行酒店日常內部維修工作及防護性保養工作
• Housekeeping for all plant rooms 清潔機房
• Reporting to the Engineering Supervisor 向工程督導報告

What we need from you 我們對您的要求

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in Carpenter or Furniture Repairing field or Painting and Wallpaper field or equivalent 至少2年有關油漆(大油及細油)及牆紙工作經驗, 或同等資歷
