Job description

We're looking for a Technical Product Manager who can go deep with engineering, not just manage a roadmap from a distance. You're comfortable reading, and ideally writing, code, understanding system design trade-offs, and using AI tools as part of how you think through and validate ideas. You'll define what MeeOpp builds next, working with engineers as a peer who understands their world, not just a stakeholder who hands off requirements.

This role sits at the center of product strategy for MeeOpp's learning systems, spanning both our school and professional learner segments.

Key responsibilities

Define and prioritize the product roadmap for your area, balancing user needs, technical feasibility, and business goals.

Write specs precise enough for engineers to build from with minimal back-and-forth, informed by your own technical understanding.

Use AI tools to prototype, validate assumptions, analyze data, and speed up your own workflow.

Partner closely with engineering on technical trade-offs, architecture decisions, and scoping—able to hold your own in those conversations.

Own outcomes from discovery through launch, iterating quickly based on data and user feedback.

Translate evidence-based learning research and pedagogy into concrete product requirements.

About you

4+ years in product management or a hybrid technical/product role, ideally at a fast-growing tech company.

A technical background, CS degree, prior engineering experience, or equivalent hands-on experience with code.

Comfortable reading code and discussing architecture with engineers; scripting and/or data analysis abilities are strong pluses.

Fluent with AI tools for research, prototyping, and analysis as part of your daily workflow.

Strong written communication—you can write a spec engineers actually want to build from.

Fluency in English is required.
