Job summary

Mindteck Singapore Pte Ltd seeks a QA professional to design and execute tests across API, integration, and performance domains. You will develop and maintain automated scripts with Selenium, Postman, and JMeter, and support SIT/UAT, defect tracking, and release validation.

Experience with AI/LLMs, cloud platforms, and LMS contexts is valued; you will collaborate with customers, developers, and infrastructure teams to ensure scalable, reliable software delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in QA, test automation, software engineering, system integration, or solution architecture.
• Hands-on experience with test automation, API testing, performance testing, and defect management.
• Experience with enterprise, cloud, or LMS/digital learning platforms.
• Knowledge of solution architecture, REST APIs, microservices, cloud, CI/CD, and system integration.
• Practical knowledge of AI/ML, Generative AI, LLMs, and AI-enabled applications.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Mandatory Certifications

• ITIL Foundation or equivalent.

• Relevant AI certification (e.g. AI-900, AWS AI Practitioner, or equivalent) or demonstrated practical AI experience.

Preferred

• ISTQB certification.

• Azure/AWS/GCP certifications.

• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum.

• Experience with LMS/LXP, EdTech, public sector, or large-scale digital platforms.

• Familiarity with ServiceNow, Jira, DevOps, CI/CD, API management, and cloud-native technologies
