Job summary

Henderson Land Development Company Limited is seeking a Technical Assistant to provide essential IT support within our Hong Kong offices. You will set up computers and devices, manage system accounts, and assist with server administration, backups, and troubleshooting.

Strong English and Chinese communication skills are required. The role requires at least a Higher Diploma in Computer Science, 2 years’ experience, and independent work capability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ relevant working experience.
• Knowledge of photo retouch & video editing software.
• Proficiency in Windows and Mac OS operation systems.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Able to work independently.
• Travelling may be required.
• Strong communication skills, a problem-solving mindset and a proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Setup and configure computers (Windows & Mac OS) & TVs.
• Perform system & server administration, including maintenance, backups & restorations and troubleshooting.
• Setup and support handheld devices (iPhone, iPad, etc.).
• Assist end-users to manage different system accounts.
• Monitor and manage daily operations and performance of IT infrastructure.
• Provide technical support to end-users across hardware, software, applications and network.
• Handle other ad hoc technical-related tasks.
