Job summary

Recur Limited, a Hong Kong-based technology firm, seeks a Technical Consultant (Application Support) to be the front-line technical contact for enterprise solutions. You’ll own the customer relationship, troubleshoot issues, log inquiries, and guide users on product features.

This role emphasizes practical troubleshooting, not scripting, and uses AI tools daily. It offers a path toward a Solution Consultant position with occasional after-hours support, compensating with time off in lieu.

Qualifications

• Degree in any discipline or equivalent practical experience.
• Around 2 years in IT support, application support, helpdesk or platform work.
• Demonstrated depth with at least one enterprise platform or cloud environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for customer enquiries and logging.
• Investigate system errors, failed integrations, and operational issues.
• Help customers set up and use platform features.
• Assist senior consultants with configuration, light scripting, and UAT.
• On-call support outside office hours on rotation.
