PLUG Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a Public Relations Account Manager with 5+ years of corporate/tech PR experience in an agency setting. Bilingual Cantonese (Traditional) and English required; strong media relations and client management skills are essential.

The role involves day-to-day account management, setting KPIs with senior staff, and delivering campaigns that meet objectives while collaborating with junior members and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in corporate/tech PR in an agency environment.
• Hong Kong market media knowledge and excellent media relations skills.
• Experience in client management and campaign execution.
• Ability to multitask in a busy environment and maintain composure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Native-level Cantonese (Traditional) and strong English language abilities.

Responsabilités

• Day-to-day account and client management (approx 5 accounts).
• Setting of client KPIs and managing delivery of KPIs with Account Directors.
• Managing regular client meetings, ensuring milestones are met.
• Thinking proactively and strategically about clients' business issues.
• Demonstrating understanding of client categories and campaigns.
• Executing post-campaign evaluation, highlighting strengths and opportunities.
• Media strategy planning and media relations.
• Creative idea generation and execution.
• Time management and mentoring junior team members.
• Support role on new business and team training.
