• Analyze business performance and key KPIs to provide actionable financial insights for various business lines.
• Oversee the enhancement of MIS systems and automated reporting tools to improve data integrity and efficiency.
• Ensure all management reporting practices align with both internal group standards and local HKMA requirements.
• Act as a key liaison between finance, IT, and business units to refine data collection processes and reporting accuracy.

Skills & Experience Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Science, or a related field.
• CPA or equivalent professional accounting qualification is mandatory.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in management reporting or MIS within the banking sector.
• Strong knowledge of banking products and HKMA regulatory reporting standards.
