• To carry out daily administration tasks

• To attend regular staff meetings to discuss the lesson arrangement and teaching plans
• To communicate with parents on their children's learning
• To provide high quality customer services and sales service at the reception including guest greeting, answering enquiry and complaint handling, appointment scheduling, etc.

Teaching and Administrative Assistant (Full-time)

We are a reputable new generation learning centre providing professional education service and curriculum for young learners based on psychological principles and non-traditional pedagogy. We currently have 5 centres around Hong Kong - Taikoo, Meifoo, Causeway Bay, Kai Tak and Shatin.

Responsibilities:

To carry out daily administration tasks

To provide teaching support to teachers (local and native English teachers)

To assist in lesson preparation such as making teaching materials and other materials

To attend regular staff meetings to discuss the lesson arrangement and teaching plans

To communicate with parents on their children's learning

Requirements:

Knowledge or experience in education / handling young children is an advantage

Be able to work independently and as part of a team

Be able to communicate with our native English teachers fluently in English

Be able to work on Saturdays (5-day work week, off on a weekday and Sunday each week)
