Job summary

ICBC International Holdings Limited is seeking a Tax Director to lead the full spectrum of corporate taxation across the group. This role focuses on providing strategic tax advice for new investments, reviewing transfer pricing, and implementing BEPS 2.0 frameworks while ensuring timely tax filings and compliance with authorities.

The candidate will collaborate with external auditors and tax advisors, contribute to policy analysis, and support regulatory changes affecting tax standards.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in Finance, Accounting or related disciplines with professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, CFA or FRM).
• At least 3 years of tax related working experience gained from financial institutions is a must.
• Familiar with HK tax, PRC tax, transfer pricing and BEPS 2.0.

Responsibilities

• Manage full spectrum of tax affairs for all group entities.
• Provide tax advice on new transactions/investments.
• Conduct transfer pricing review and implement BEPS 2.0, Pillar 2 and Safe Harbor measures.
• Handle tax filings for group entities and respond to tax authorities’ queries.
• Oversee registration of state-owned financial capital and ownership rights; manage daily related matters.
• Provide impact analysis on changes in tax legislation.
• Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors.

Managing full spectrum of tax affairs for all group entities;

Responsible for providing tax advice on new transactions/ investments;

Conducting transfer pricing review and implementing BEPS 2.0, Pillar 2 and Safe Harbor measures;

Responsible for tax filing of the group entities and handle queries from tax authorities;

Responsible for registration of state-owned financial capital and ownership rights and other daily related matters;

Provide impact analysis on tax legislation changes;

Work closely with external auditors and tax advisors.

Job Requirements:

Degree holder in Finance, Accounting or other related disciplines with professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, CFA or FRM)；

At least 3 years of tax related working experience gained from financial institutions is a must;

Familiar with HK tax, PRC tax, transfer pricing and BEPS 2.0;

Broad knowledge of financial services experience;

Good team player with good communication skills, analytical and problem solving skills;

Strong logical and analytical mind;

Proficient in various functions of Excel and Word;

Fluent in spoken Putonghua and written Chinese and English.
