Job summary

Syfe Private Limited is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join our India team. You will own end-to-end hiring for a diverse portfolio, collaborating with local and Singapore HQ leaders to meet growth needs and deliver exceptional candidate experiences.

You’ll partner with hiring managers to craft strategies, build robust pipelines, and advise on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and best practices in a fast-paced, high-growth fintech environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of recruitment experience, including at least 4 years hiring for technology roles.
• Proven success in full-cycle recruitment across technical and non-technical functions.
• Agency recruitment experience strongly preferred.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to translate priorities into hiring strategies.
• Excellent stakeholder management, including partnering with senior leaders.
• Track record of proactively sourcing and engaging top talent.
• Fluent written and spoken English with strong communication skills.
• Data-driven approach and ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
• Experience in startups, fintech or high-growth companies is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand needs and build hiring strategies.
• Own full-cycle recruitment for technical and non-technical roles.
• Source and engage high-quality candidates through direct sourcing, referrals, and networks.
• Build strong talent pipelines for current and future needs.
• Screen and assess candidates for skills, experience and culture fit.
• Advise on market trends, compensation benchmarks and hiring best practices.
• Utilize AI tools to speed up hiring and improve candidate experience.
• Share insights using hiring data and metrics.
