Links International is seeking a Takeovers Code RO professional in Hong Kong to execute capital markets and advisory transactions, including merger and acquisitions, follow-on offerings, and takeovers-code related deals.

The role involves strategic planning across business units, liaising with domestic and international banks, and monitoring market trends in Hong Kong, Mainland China, and beyond to identify opportunities and provide client solutions.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in banking and finance or related disciplines.
• Valid HK SFC Type 6 RO status is a must.
• Eligible to advise on Takeovers-related matters in sole capacity.
• Strong knowledge of SFO, regulations and guidelines by authorities (SFC/HKEX).
• Willingness to travel frequently for cross-border project meetings.
• Excellent command of English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Execute capital markets and advisory transactions, including M&A, follow-on offerings, convertible bonds, and Takeovers Code related deals.
• Participate in and contribute to strategic planning for various business units.
• Liaise with domestic and international counterparties including banks and corporate investment divisions.
• Monitor and analyze market trends in Hong Kong, Mainland China, and global markets to identify opportunities and provide clients with professional solutions.
• Build complex valuation models under several M&A engagements.
• Lead cross-border pitch books preparation, assess potential deals and conduct relevant due diligence.

• Responsible for execution of primarily capital markets and advisory transactions, including merger and acquisitions, , follow-on offerings, convertible bonds and Takeovers Code related transactions and capital raising exercises
• Participate and contribute to the strategic planning for various business units
• Liaise with internal and external counterparties including domestic enterprises, listed companies, international banks and corporate investment divisions
• Monitor and analyze market trends in Hong Kong, mainland China, and global markets to identify business opportunities and provide clients with professional solutions
• Build complex valuation models under several M&A engagement
• Leading cross-border pitch books preparation, assessing potential deals and conducting relevant due diligence

Requirements:

• Degree holder in banking and finance or other related disciplines
