Job summary

金浦国际证券有限公司 is seeking a Securities Firm Responsible Officer (RO) to lead rigorous evaluation of hedge funds, private equity, fund mergers and acquisitions, and structured products. You will prepare due diligence reports and monitor product performance for the investment team.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree or above in financial engineering, statistics, economics or related fields, plus an RO licence (Type 1, 4 and 9) and at least five years of financial product research experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in financial engineering, statistics, economics or a related field.
• Holds RO licence for Type 1, 4 and 9 regulated activities under the SFC.
• Candidates with Type 6 regulated activity experience preferred.
• At least 5 years of work experience in financial product research.
• In-depth understanding of global financial products' structure, pricing and risk.

Responsibilities

• Search, screen and evaluate financial products including hedge funds, private equity, fund mergers and acquisitions, and structured products.
• Prepare detailed due diligence reports and monitor product performance.
• Conduct risk-return analysis and benchmark comparisons; provide data support to the investment team.

About you

Bachelor's degree or above in financial engineering, statistics, economics or a related field

Hold professional qualifications, such as a Responsible Officer (RO) licence for Type 1, 4 and 9 regulated activities under the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission (SFC)

Candidates with relevant work experience in Type 6 regulated activity are preferred

At least 5 years of work experience in financial product research

In-depth understanding of the structure, pricing and risk characteristics of various global financial products (such as private funds, fund mergers and acquisitions, structured products, etc.)

Familiarity in single-stock options trading
