Job summary

Crypto.com seeks a Systematic Trader for Hong Kong Trading to develop and operate quantitative strategies across prediction markets, equities, and crypto, including derivatives. You will monitor live P&L, risk, and execution performance while collaborating with researchers and developers to deploy improved systems.

The role requires 4+ years in systematic trading, strong Python and data-analysis skills, and a master's or PhD in a quantitative field. Hybrid work in Hong Kong is offered.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in systematic or quantitative trading with profitability track record.
• Strong Python programming and data-analysis skills; SQL preferred.
• Master's or PhD in a quantitative field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate and manage systematic trading strategies across markets and derivatives.
• Monitor live P&L, positions, risk, and execution performance.
• Research, backtest, deploy, and improve trading strategies with developers.
• Identify new opportunities across markets, products, exchanges, and venues.
• Analyze strategy performance including latency, costs, and slippage.
