OneAsia Network Limited is seeking an AI System Analyst to bridge IT infrastructure, systems engineering, and AI Operations for deploying HPC-based AI workloads. The role focuses on GPU clusters, model runtimes, and production deployment pipelines to keep LLM services running reliably.

You will work with clients to deploy and scale AI workloads on Slurm and Kubernetes, troubleshoot containerized microservices, and optimize performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in CS/IT or related field.
• 2–5 years in Linux systems administration, DevOps, HPC engineering, or cloud infrastructure operations.
• Hands-on Kubernetes infrastructure experience including container deployment and automation.
• Deep learning frameworks, GPU optimization, and Slurm knowledge.

An AI System Analyst operates at the intersection of IT infrastructure, systems engineering, and AI Operations (AIOps). In this role, you will empower clients to effectively leverage our High-Performance Computing (HPC) solutions for their AI workloads. Unlike traditional enterprise IT roles, this position focuses directly on specialized hardware (GPU clusters), model execution runtimes, and deployment pipeline troubleshooting to keep production AI workload and LLM services running reliably.

Key Responsibilities:

Support clients in deploying, running, and scaling AI workloads across HPC clusters using Slurm and Kubernetes.

Client Support for Model Lifecycle:

Delivers prompt technical support to configure, troubleshoot, and optimize containerized AI microservices (Docker, Kubernetes, vLLM).

Assist clients with fine-tuning, training, and serving open-weight and enterprise models (e.g., Qwen, DeepSeek, Llama series).

Hardware & Network Operations:

Monitor and maintain GPU/NPU compute clusters (e.g., NVIDIA H100/H800) and high-speed interconnects (NVLink, InfiniBand, RoCE).

Performance Optimization:

Provide technical guidance to optimize client AI workflows for throughput, memory efficiency, and overall performance.

Client Engagement:

Participate in technical discussions and client meetings to deliver prompt, actionable solutions.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or High Diploma in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Technology, or relevant field.

2–5 years in Linux systems administration, DevOps, HPC engineering, or cloud infrastructure operations.

Hands-on experience in Kubernetes infrastructure including Container design to automate the deployment, scaling and management of containerized applications (such as Docker containers) is a MUST.

Deep knowledge in the following area:

• Deep learning frameworks (PyTorch/TensorFlow), GPU optimization, and Slurm workload orchestration.
• Python AI Ecosystem (essential for debugging AI libraries and automation)
• Containers & Orchestration: Kubernetes, Docker, Helm charts, and containerized GPU runtime configurations (NVIDIA Container Toolkit)
• Strong technical consulting and client-facing problem-solving skills.
• Related certifications like Certified Kubernetes Administrator or NVIDIA Certified Associate are desirable
