• Design, develop, test, and debug software applications and systems using AI-enabled workspaces.
• Develop and maintain workflow automation solutions with tools such as n8n and Copilot Studio.
• Perform troubleshooting and root-cause analysis to resolve system and application issues.
• Provide support for UAT activities and production deployments.
• Conduct POC initiatives and propose technical solutions to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
