Job summary

CL Technical Services Ltd. is seeking a seasoned IT professional to drive end‑to‑end IT system projects, including development, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of in‑house and outsourced solutions.

You will gather requirements, analyze requirements, design solutions, and coordinate documentation and project activities, with a focus on security assessments and cross‑team collaboration.

Qualifications

• 6 years’ experience in IT industry.
• At least 3 years’ experience in IT Application Development and Management.
• Experience with SQL (Structured Query Language).
• Experience with Website Administration.
• Experience with Web Programming.

Responsibilities

• Conduct requirements gathering, system analysis, design, development, implementation, and maintenance for IT systems and websites.
• Prepare system and project documentation, coordinate project activities, and support system implementation.
• Provide technical advisory services for in-house and outsourced projects.
• Support the Project Manager in project management, system implementation, and maintenance of in-house projects.
• Coordinate Security Risk Assessment & Audit (SRAA) for IT systems and websites, and liaise with SRAA contractors.
• Collaborate with other support teams, contractor helpdesks, and schools to deliver support for IT systems.
• Deliver training, technical support, and guidance to IT system users during IT activities.
