About the Job

As a Senior AI Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for:

• Shaping and refining the overarching application architecture across major banking platforms.
• Translating advancing AI and internet technology trends into actionable, high-value implementations for the bank.
• Spearheading system analysis, software engineering, rigorous testing, and advanced troubleshooting for major initiatives.
• Establishing, championing, and maintaining robust development frameworks and engineering best practices to guarantee top-tier deliverable quality.
• Acting as a technical mentor to guide and level up junior engineering team members.

Skills & Experience Required

• A PhD degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely aligned technical field is strictly required.
• 5 to 7 years of deep, hands‑on experience designing and deploying AI systems within financial services or adjacent sectors.
• Demonstrated success acting as a Lead Architect on at least 3 mid-to-large scale core enterprise initiatives.
• Strong proficiency in Java-based development and modern enterprise frameworks (e.g., Spring Boot, Spring, Java EE).
• Extensive experience crafting web and API-driven architectures utilizing RESTful services, JSON, XML, HTML5, JavaScript, and modern front‑end frameworks (Vue, Angular, Bootstrap).
• Highly skilled in relational databases (Oracle, MySQL, PL/SQL, stored procedures) and comfortable navigating Linux/Unix and Windows server environments.
• Profound understanding of underlying AI principles, system mechanics, and FinTech shifts, backed by real-world implementation experience.
• Professional fluency in both English and Chinese (including Putonghua) is required to collaborate effectively across regional teams.
