Job summary
Gemini Personnel Limited is seeking a System Analyst / Senior Software Engineer (Java & React) in Hong Kong to lead requirements gathering and design, and to deliver eCommerce, ePayment, web, and mobile applications.
You will participate in the full SDLC, including design, development, testing, deployment, and production support, while collaborating with local and regional teams and providing technical pre‑sales support.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or a related discipline.
- 7+ years of experience in web and mobile application development.
- Strong hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, and React.
- Solid understanding of microservices architecture.
- Experience with PostgreSQL and/or MySQL.
- Knowledge of eCommerce, online payments, or fintech is an advantage.
- Exposure to Web 3.0 technologies is a plus.
- Strong communication skills in English and Cantonese.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
