Job summary

Argyll Scott Asia in Hong Kong is seeking a high-caliber System Analyst to bridge business stakeholders and engineering teams. You will drive end-to-end SDLC delivery across Java/Angular architectures, from requirements gathering and system design to cloud modernization and production rollout.

The role requires 5+ years in system analysis, experience with Azure or Alibaba Cloud, API/microservices, and strong collaboration with offshore vendors and QA teams to ensure quality and secure

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, IT, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in System Analysis, Application Development, or Enterprise Tech Delivery.
• Trilingual fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Translate business objectives into functional specs, process/data flows, and technical designs for scalable Java/Angular applications.
• Support cloud adoption (Azure / Alibaba Cloud), microservices migration, API integrations, and event-driven architecture.
• Drive end-to-end SDLC across Agile ceremonies; review designs, assist with release planning, and coordinate CI/CD & DevOps.
• Provide functional/technical direction to developers and collaborate with offshore/vendors and QA teams.
• Conduct root-cause analysis on production issues and maintain SDLC/security artefacts.
